From construction and hospitality to manufacturing and services, these individuals play a crucial role in shaping our communities\u2014yet their stories often go unheard.<\/p>\n<p>Through this competition, students will have the opportunity to explore the real-life struggles of labour workers, including long working hours, difficult working conditions, and financial hardships. By understanding their experiences, students can develop empathy, respect, and a stronger sense of social responsibility toward those who help build and sustain our society.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">How to Participate<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Students are invited to create and submit a short video (up to 5 minutes) that tells the story of a labour worker.
