This year\u2019s event is hosted by <strong>MIS Flicker Studios<\/strong>, giving our talented students a stage to showcase their artistry and join a worldwide community of creators.<\/p>\n<p>Art is not just about perfection\u2014it is about expression, discipline, and inspiring others through imagination.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>\u201cSo\u2026 what\u2019s Inktober?\u201d<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Inktober is a global art challenge held every October where artists commit to making ink drawings inspired by given prompts. Think of it like a <strong>daily gym for your creativity<\/strong>. The focus is not on producing a masterpiece each day, but on making consistent progress and developing the discipline of creativity.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>It is about <strong>expression, not perfection.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>It is about <strong>progress, not pressure.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>It is about <strong>sharing your story with the world.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><em>\u201cWhy should YOU join Inktober @ MIS?\u201d<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strengthen your creative and artistic skills through practice.<\/li>\n<li>Share your unique imagination with the <strong>Merryland family<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Connect with a global community of artists.<\/li>\n<li>Inspire others in your class, your school, and beyond.<\/li>\n<li>Have your art proudly displayed during assemblies, school corridors, and broadcasts.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Remember: Every sketch counts\u2014whether you draw daily or occasionally. What matters is that you try!<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>\u201cHow does it work?\u201d<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2714 <strong>Create<\/strong> \u2013 Use the weekly prompts as your inspiration. Your medium can be pen and ink, paint, digital art, animation, or even 3D work. Creativity has no limits here!<br \/>\n\u2714 <strong>Submit<\/strong> \u2013 Upload your artwork through the official MIS portal [Insert Submission Link].<br \/>\n\u2714 <strong>Share<\/strong> \u2013 Every Monday, the week\u2019s best submissions will be showcased during assembly, with your <strong>name proudly announced<\/strong>. If you prefer, you can use a mysterious <strong>artist name<\/strong> instead.<br \/>\n\u2714 <strong>Shine<\/strong> \u2013 Selected masterpieces will feature in <strong>school broadcasts<\/strong>, be highlighted on the <strong>MIS website<\/strong>, and displayed on our school corridors.<\/p>\n<h4><\/h4>\n<p><strong>Note: You can choose your own pace\u2014upload daily, every other day through the Google Form on our school website (the half-marathon route), or once a week (the 5K route). What matters most is staying consistent. Inktober is all about growth, improvement, and building positive creative habits\u2014the more regularly you create, the more you\u2019ll see yourself progress.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>You may draw one, two, or all of them\u2014at your own pace.<\/p>\n<p><strong>A Message to Our Artists<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>\u201cI can\u2019t draw every day\u2026\u201d<\/strong> That\u2019s okay!
