With regard to the trip to Dubai for EXPO 2020, please note the following;

GRADES, DATES AND PROGRAMMES

1. Grades 12 A B C D; 17 Oct 2021: World of Opportunity
2. Grade 12 (Additional Students); 17 Oct 2021: Universe in Motion
3. Grades 11 A B C D E; 18 Oct 2021: World of Opportunity
4. Grades 10 A B C; 19 Oct 2021: Sustainable Planet
5. Grades 10 D E F G; 20 Oct 2021: Sustainable Planet

TRANSPORT

1. Zenith Transport buses will not pick up and drop off students during the mid-term break.
2. Parents should make their own arrangements to drop their children to school on or before 7:45 am on the day of journey.
3. Students are expected to spend around 4 hours at the EXPO venue. Buses will exit the Expo Parking at around 3.00 pm for the return journey to school.
4. Students should be picked up by the parents from school. Requests from parents to drop students elsewhere or other EXPO venues in Dubai will not be entertained. Buses are expected to be back at school by 5.00 pm.

DRESS CODE

5. Students have to be dressed in proper school uniform which can be either the PE uniform or the formal school uniform.

FOOD, WATER AND ACCESSORIES

1. Students should carry their own breakfast, lunch, snacks and sufficient amounts of water. There are no halts during the journey and food cannot be brought from any outlet at EXPO.
2. Students can bring sun tan/sun screen lotion, caps and sun glasses to protect themselves.

EXPECTATIONS

1. Each group consists of around 25 students and will be accompanied by four teachers.
2. Students are expected to remain at all times with their group and teacher in-charge.
3. Students must be well-behaved, maintain discipline, and show respect at all times.

COVID 19 PROTOCOLS

1. Students should have a valid Green Pass on the AL HOSN app. They will be sent home if this is not followed.
2. COVID safety protocols and social distancing must be followed while at school, in the bus, or at the EXPO venue.
3. All students should carry hand sanitizer and extra masks.
