Inter-school du Football tournament was held in November, 2018 at the Zayed Sports City Grounds. Merryland International School participated in all categories, under 12, under 14 and under 16 boys. Under 18 girls’ team also participated in this tournament. Merryland played in the preliminary round of the league knock-out competition against various schools. Merryland Holds Farmers’ Market Buoyed up by the spirit of a rare mix of festivity and fervor, students turned up in droves, as usual, to be a vibrant part of Merryland’s much-appreciated Farmers’ Market: an ‘of-the- pupil, by- the- pupil, for- the- pupil’ sales venture. Like the seasons, our school magazine has evolved through the years for the better. Going from a physical publication to an online magazine has saved us from consuming further water and cutting down trees. Our fellow students have improved the overall theme of the magazine along with their admirable writing skills by acquiring knowledge from previous releases. Thus, we must remember that change is for the better, and we should embrace it.
