MIS Pupils Spread Awareness against Harmful Plastic

As environmental protection is of paramount importance at this time and age, MIS students are continually being sensitized to live an environmentally sustainable life. Along with grooming our Generation Next for academic excellence and a bright future, Merryland also provides them with ample opportunities to do useful community service.

With this objective in mind, MIS students kick-started an environmental campaign aimed at spreading awareness in the community about the adverse effect of littering one’s surroundings with plastic. Boosting the students’ morale, the Ministry of Interior and the Municipality of Musaffah also joined hands with MIS to make its ‘No-to-Plastic’ drive a resounding success.
