The Abu Dhabi Securities Stock Exchange (ADX) was established in Nov 2000.

They were able to learn about listing the companies with ADX, the factors with which the share value fluctuates, means of communication used to contact the investors, the procedure to be followed before a person can start trading with company shares etc.
