MIS Flicker Studios Mental Well-Being Poster Competition

Dear Parents, Teachers, and Students,

We are pleased to announce the MIS Flicker Studios Mental Well-Being Poster Competition, an initiative designed to promote awareness and encourage meaningful conversations about the importance of mental health and emotional well-being within our school community.

Theme Categories

Participants are invited to create posters based on the following age-appropriate themes:

  • KG1–KG2: What Makes Me Happy
  • Grades 1–3: Be Kind to Yourself and Others
  • Grades 4–6: Take Care of Your Digital Well-Being
  • Grades 7–9: What Helps You Cope
  • Grades 10–12: Your Mental Health Is as Important as Your Grades
  • Teachers: Mindfulness in the Classroom and Beyond

Rules and Regulations

  • All entries must be original artwork created by the participant.
  • AI-generated or AI-assisted content is strictly prohibited.
  • Posters must clearly represent the assigned theme for the respective category.
  • Participants may use traditional art materials or digital tools to design their posters.
  • Entries that do not comply with the above guidelines will not be accepted.

Submission Guidelines

  • Physical Posters:
    Participants must upload a clear photograph of the poster through the Google Form available on the school website or via the link provided below, and submit the original physical copy to their respective class teacher.
  • Digital Posters:
    Digital entries must be submitted only through the Google Form available on the school website or via the link provided below.
  • Submission Deadline: First week of Term 2
