The STOGO Film Festival is a vibrant creative platform that inspires and empowers young filmmakers to share meaningful stories that create impact. This year’s theme, “Reboot: The Rhythm of Life,” encourages participants to reflect on the importance of pausing, resetting, and restoring balance in today’s fast-paced, digitally driven world.

Through powerful storytelling and innovative filmmaking, students are invited to explore the connection between technology, lifestyle choices, and human values—and how mindful decisions can lead to a healthier, more sustainable future.

Competition Categories

  • Micro Films
    Short and powerful films of up to 5 minutes, delivering a strong social message through PSA-style narratives, animation, awareness clips, or short sketches.
  • Short Films
    Films between 5 and 20 minutes, allowing deeper storytelling through narrative, documentary, or experimental formats.

 Theme Focus Areas

Participants may interpret the theme creatively while focusing on one or more of the following:

  • Responsible and mindful use of technology
  • Mental and emotional well-being
  • Sustainability and environmental awareness
  • Innovation and creativity for social good

Participation Guidelines

  • A maximum of 10 students may participate in a single film.
  • All films must be original and created specifically for this festival.
  • AI-generated films are not permitted, except for basic editing purposes.
  • English subtitles are mandatory for all entries.

Films will be evaluated based on:

  • Concept & creativity
  • Relevance to the theme

  • Social awareness value
