Merryland contributes to the promotion of the Government’s tolerance agenda, as laid out in the National Programme for Tolerance

 

His Excellency Asif Durrani, the Ambassador of Pakistan to the UAE and His Excellency T P Sitharam, the Ambassador of India to UAE join hands together at Merryland to realize the vision of our beloved Father of the UAE His Highness Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan who established this beautiful heavenly abode-UAE- an oasis for very many global citizens – the best example for any nation carved out as a paradise on earth.

His spectrum of vision in all areas of human intellectual development is now carried on by our own Crown Prince, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, especially in the field of education. The least we can do as a school is to revere His vision.

His Highness Sheikh Mohammed stated that “the UAE, under the leadership of His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan will continue to promote the principles of tolerance established by the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan. As tolerance is a key value of our ancestors and our founding fathers. The UAE has succeeded in spreading it throughout the Arab region and the world.”

Her Highness Sheikha Lubna Al Qasimi emphasized that through these solid values, the UAE society will continue to build up tolerance, multiculturalism, culture of acceptance of others, and reject attitudes of discrimination and hatred.

It is with an attitude of gratitude to our royalty we decided to furnish twenty class rooms of Sheikh Khalifa Pakistani School in Abu Dhabi with latest teaching instruments- smart boards, projectors, and other accessories.
