Dear parent,

If you are coming to pick your child up from school after the class, please follow these rules strictly:

After you announce your child’s name to the personnel at the gate, return back to your car. It will take approximately 10-15 minutes for your child to come from the class to you.

During this time we do not want parents to crowd around the gate, delaying the whole process and putting all of us in a dangerous position without necessary social distancing.

Please remain patiently in the car until the child comes to you.

Please avoid announcing your child multiple times or keeping on checking with the gate personnel multiple times, why my child has not yet come. Doing so will not necessarily hasten the process, instead, it slows down the whole dispersal arrangement and delays the process.

If you have your children in multiple classes, please come only at the last child’s dispersal time to avoid using up the very few available parking spaces.

We request all parents and staff to make ONLY right turns when entering and exiting the parental parking lot. Please come in from the main road and make ONLY a right turn into the parking. We expect your kind cooperation in this regard. All street parking is illegal. 

We urge you to practice all COVID-19 safety protocols including social distancing and avoid crowding at the gate.
