Soul time – Unintentional Hurts!

Unintentional Hurts!

Our days are often a whirlwind of activity, filled with constant motion and busyness. Life can feel like a chaotic particle bombarding aimlessly in a zigzag path, creating pressure both within and around us.

Much like the Brownian motion, our life journey involves countless collisions with others — unintentional yet powerful. These encounters can leave behind deep wounds, often unseen but painfully felt. The hurt from such wounds can push us into a corner of bitterness and rage, stirring up questions like, “How could this happen?” or “Why did they do this to me?”

The ones who impact us the most are often our closest friends, associates, and family members. As we nurse these wounds, it’s essential to reflect on how to heal and move forward. Many of these hurts are unintentional — a byproduct of life’s continuous movement.

Just as the laws of physics dictate the collisions of particles, life’s laws govern our interactions. We are sometimes the cause, and at other times, the effect of an impact. The resulting sorrow and isolation can give rise to anger. But even in the face of pain, moments of solitude can pave the way for clarity.

Pain has a unique ability to clear the clogged channels of our minds and hearts. It can spark fresh thoughts and wash away unnecessary burdens. If we endure the turbulent currents, we emerge stronger, wiser, and more resilient.

Life is, in essence, a particle story. We are all particles in constant motion, colliding with each other and with the boundaries that confine us. These collisions may cause unintentional hurts, but they also shape us.

Instead of being trapped by pain, let us choose to resurface, heal, and continue the motion of life.
